AI drafts. Humans decide.
Eight AI skills for hiring teams, from the first role brief to a new hire's first 30 days. Built for remote and cross-border roles, and designed so a person always makes the call.
Works in Claude Code, Claude.ai, Codex, Cursor and any AI chat.
The principle
Built to help you hire. Never to judge.
AI is great at drafting and finding information. It's unsafe at judging people. So every skill drafts, structures and summarises, and leaves the decision with a person who can explain it.
Never ranks or rejects
Ask a skill to pick a candidate and it says no, explains why in a sentence, then hands you something useful instead.
Leaves bias out
Age, gender, religion, nationality, marital status and photos never shape an output. If they're in your notes, the skill says what it removed and why.
Remote by design
Overlap hours in both time zones, clock changes included. Fair checks for written async work and remote-readiness.
Flags the legal parts
Contracts, cross-border pay and right-to-work get a clear Legal check, so you know when to ask a local expert.
The skills
One skill for each step of the hiring journey.
Each one ships with a worked example, tests and a misuse test that checks it refuses to rank or reject people.
role-intake
Messy intake notes into a one-page role brief, with 30/60/90-day success and overlap hours.
View skill →scorecard-builder
A weighted scorecard: 4 to 6 competencies, what strong and weak look like, and questions for each.
View skill →job-description-writer
An inclusive remote job post with pay, location and overlap hours right at the top.
View skill →remote-interview-kit
A structured interview loop with fair checks for timezone overlap, async writing and remote-readiness.
View skill →interview-debrief
Evidence per competency, where interviewers disagree and what's missing. The panel decides.
View skill →candidate-emails
Rejection, feedback, update and offer emails that sound human, each one ready for a person to review.
View skill →remote-onboarding-plan
A first-30-days plan with real dates, a buddy, check-ins and a first real deliverable.
View skill →time-to-hire-audit
Paste your pipeline data and see where candidates wait longest, with fixes that work.
View skill →Install
Up and running in a minute.
The skills follow the open Agent Skills format, so they work in most AI tools. Pick yours.

Then try: "Turn my intake notes into a role brief."
- Download a skill's ZIP from the latest release.
- In Settings > Capabilities, turn on Code execution and file creation.
- Go to Customize > Skills, click +, then + Create skill, then Upload a skill.
- Upload the ZIP and switch the skill on.
Works on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans.
Use the open-source skills installer. It works with Codex, Cursor and many other AI coding tools.
npx skills add osamabinjannat/remote-hiring-skills
Or copy the folders into ~/.agents/skills/ by hand. Codex and Cursor both read it.
- Open any skill's SKILL.md on GitHub.
- Copy all of it and paste it into ChatGPT, Gemini or any AI chat as your first message.
- Then give it your task. Each skill works as a plain prompt.
